As COO of CanceRx, Cody provides overall coordination investor relations, execution of company strategy and hands-on management. Prior, he was Vice President of Gibbons & Co, where his primary focus was corporate advocacy to shape legislation and government policy in international trade and business. In this role he shared Cliff’s passion for improved cancer research and has devoted his energies to creating a more successful path for promising cures.

Before joining Gibbons & Co, Cody served in the Department of Finance, Dublin, Ireland during the Irish Presidency of the European Council, where he was part of the successful adoption of key financial and banking regulations. Cody also was an advisor to Ireland’s financial coordination with the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the European Union, and leading global financial companies.

Cody is a native of Washington, DC., and received a degree in International Relations from James Madison University. Cody received a Masters Education and formal operations training from MIT through its Chief Operating Officer Program 2024-2025.
